Compensation Plan: An In-Depth Look
There are six aspects of the compensation plan:
1. Retail profits
2. Customer rebates
3. FastStart
4. PaceSetter
5. Monthly Organizational Commission
6. Global Diamond Bonus Pool
The 3rd, 4th and 5th ones are explained in detail because they are the most intricate. The other ones can be found by viewing the compensation plan.
What is the PaceSetter Bonus?
This is a bonus paid out once a month based on 6% of the entire company’s sales. This bonus pool is then distributed between all those who qualify for that month. Each share of this bonus pool equals 1 point. Points are distributed depending on the initial sign up of each personally enrolled sponsored member. The point values are as follows:
100 – 199 PV = 1 point
200 – 499 PV = 2 points
500 or more = 5 points
Before qualifications are explained please keep in mind that PaceSetter Packs are qualify you for the 500PV or more. So when we refer to PSP, we are simply referring to any of the PaceSetter Packs with a PV of 500 or more. The important thing to keep in mind is the PV, so you could even combine several different products as long as they reach this 500PV requirement.
How do qualify for PaceSetter Bonus?
1. A one time purchase of the PSP (500PV). You will be continually qualified for the PaceSetter Bonus and you will never have to purchase this package again.
2. You need to enroll 5 people into your organization for each particular month you hope to qualify for the bonus.
3. Be on an active advantageship of at least 100PV. This basically means you need to receive monthly shipments of $100.00 or more worth of products. This could be used for personal use, resale or sharing with friends, family or potential customers.
This PaceSetter Bonus means big money. For example, if you enroll 5 distributors and they each purchase the PSP (5 points each); you make 5x5 = 25 pts. Currently, each point equals roughly $20.00; you make a total of $500.00 on just this one bonus. It’s to your advantage to purchase the PSP to maximize your earnings. If these packs are too expensive for you, that’s ok because other packs are available that will you qualify you for other bonuses.
Also keep in mind that if you enroll more than 5 distributors per month you will just get more points which equals more money.
Summary:
1. One time purchase of products with a PV of 500 or more.
2. Enroll 5 people in that particular month.
3. An advantageship (shipped once a month) of at least $100.00 worth of products.
What is an advantageship (autoship)?
An advantageship is simply a once a month delivery of any products you choose. You have the ability to set the date you want the products to arrive and which products you want. Waiora will automatically charge the credit card you provide and you will be qualified for the FastStart bonuses every month. To maximize your bonuses, it’s suggested to be on an advantageship with a PV of 200 or more.
What is the FastStart Bonus?
This is a bonus paid on a weekly basis. This bonus allows you to earn an immediate 10 – 25 percent of the first 200 volume of the initial purchase of your newly enrolled distributor.
1. If you are on advantageship of 100PV but under 200PV you will make 10% on the first $200.00 of your newly enrolled distributors.
2. If you are on advantageship of 200PV or more you will make 25% on the first $200.00 of your newly enrolled distributors. Another bonus of being on an advantageship of 200PV or more is that you can earn percentages on 2 levels. You earn 25% on the first $200.00 of your personally enrolled distributors and 10% of their personally enrolled distributors.
For example; if you are on an advantageship of 200PV or more and someone that you have enrolled purchases a PaceSetter Pack for $500.00 you will make 25% of $200.00. Plus, you will make 10% on the first $200.00 of the initial purchase of whoever they enroll. If you enroll 5 distributors and they each purchase a PaceSetter Pack, that’s already at least $250.00 assuming they do not enroll anyone.
Please remember that if you purchase a PaceSetter Pack you are automatically qualified for the maximum FastStart bonus for the current and following month.
This is an extremely important part of the compensation plan because it’s instant income. These checks are paid every two weeks and it’s very exciting to see that you are being paid a few hundred, even a few thousand on just ONE bonus.
What is the Monthly Organization Commission?
At the end each calendar month you are qualified for one of six ranks, depending on the size and structure of your organization. The list below explains each of the ranks qualifications and payouts.
Bronze
1. Personal Volume of 100
2. No organization
3. Earn 5% on their first level
Silver
1. Personal volume of 100
2. A total of 300 in Organizational Volume (OV) in their first level
3. Earn 10% on their first level
Gold
1. Personal volume of 100
2. They have two legs with a Silver distributor in each leg within their first three levels
3. A total of 1,000 of OV in their first three levels
4. Earn on three levels of volume; 7%, 8% and 10% respectively
Ruby
1. Personal volume of 100
2. They have to legs with a Gold distributor in each leg within their first five levels
3. A total of 5,000 in OV in their first five levels
4. Earn on five levels of volume; 3%, 5%, 7%, 8%, 10%
Emerald
1. Personal volume of 200
2. They have three legs with a Ruby distributor in each leg within their first seven levels
3. A total of 30,000 in OV in their first seven levels
4. Earn on seven levels of volume; 1%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 7%, 8%, 10%
Diamond
1. Personal volume of 200
2. They have three legs with an Emerald distributor in each leg within their first nine levels
3. A total of 150,000 in OV in the first nine levels
4. Earn on nine levels of volume; 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 10%
